The Sistema Integral de Evaluación (SIEV) is a tool designed to simplify the management of procedures related to the evaluation of individuals and legal entities. Currently, it offers four types of evaluations: Activation, Migration, Portability and Renewal. In the business sphere, Moral Persons must also undergo evaluations with consultation with the credit bureau to comply with the relevant rules and regulations. Therefore, to guarantee its effectiveness and efficiency, the inclusion of the consultation process with the credit bureau for Moral Persons in the SIEV will be implemented.
This new functionality seeks to improve the user experience and efficiency in the management of procedures related to the credit evaluation of individuals and legal entities. With these tools, it is expected that the process will be simpler and faster, and that users will be able to access the information they need more easily and efficiently.
Since new cases had to be developed for legal entities for existing flows, we had to work on the legacy code, learning new technologies and analyzing its functionality and structure. When making changes to an already completed project we had to ensure that we not only met all the client's expectations and requests for the new functionality but also ensured that we did so without affecting the original functionality.
This includes the collation of views so that the same view could be used for both types of evaluations, the implementation of new validations for legal entities and determining that the responses obtained correspond correctly to the rules set by the client, since as there are various scenarios, it is necessary that the code be able to adapt to what the user requests.
Se llevo a cabo el desarrollo de una interfaz de usuario específica para persona moral, manteniendo el aspecto visual coherente con las vistas ya existentes y asegurando la concordancia con el sistema actual para hacer que los trámites sean más intuitivos y fáciles de usar. Asimismo, se desarrollaron nuevos flujos para los diferentes casos existentes para las evaluaciones para personas morales.
Se realizará la integración del backend con los sistemas surrounding, que incluyen M2K, BUS (para RFC), CREDITCHECK (para la consulta al buró de crédito), Gestor de firmas, SEBESI (para la solicitud de firma) y SISACT (para crear folios). Esta integración permitirá una experiencia de usuario más eficiente y fluida en el proceso de renovación.
